With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Elizabeth Taylor of Castlewood, Virginia, born in Dante, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey E. Taylor and Eula Mays Taylor. She is survived by: her cousins, Carolyn Mays Karrigan, Anita Mays Brewer, Sharon Mays Gorley, Mark Mays, George Mays Jr., Dora Jo Mays-Mulvaney, Mary Alice Smith Trent, Kay Smith Stewart, Bobby Boyd, Jr., Betty Taylor Edwards, Eugene Taylor and Tim Taylor. She is also survived by several other cousins; and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
