He is survived by: his wife Angela Dale; his children, Kevin Dale (Mary Beth) of Lebanon, Jason Dale of Lebanon, Virginia and Kristy Dale of Lebanon, Virginia; his brother Randy Newberry (Cindy) of Clintwood, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Clayton Dale, Mackenzie and Leigha Dale. He is also survived by his family and friends.
