She was predeceased by: her father McCormick Dishman; her siblings, Regina Dishman, Carl Lee Dishman and David Eugene Dishman; and her grandparents, Con Dee, Ollie Branham Martin, Tyler and Elizabeth Mead Dishman.
She is survived by: her mother Dixie Dishman of Dante, Virginia; her children, Dixie Larue Chapman (Alex) of Castlewood, Virginia and Travis Brandon Powell (Savanna) of Wise, Virginia; her grandchildren, Ava Grace Holbrook, Bradley Holbrook, Raylan Clifton and Tate Chapman; and her cousins, Tim Barton and Mark Taylor.
