He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Holley and Katherine Porter Holley; and his wife Violet Parks Holley. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Hileman (Robbie) of Castlewood, Tammy Lindley (Jeff) of Castlewood, Dee Dee Lindley of Kingsport, Ashley Parks of St. Paul, Virginia, Michael Parks of Trays, Paul Holley of St. Paul, Justin Parks of St. Paul and Johnny Dale Holley, Jr. of Michigan; and his siblings, Alice Hall, Gail Lawson, Ann Keen, Jimmy Holley, Joe Holley and Paul Holley. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
