He is survived by: his wife Donna Cox Sproles; his children, Sandy Elaine Darwish (Mohammed) of Dacula, Georgia and Douglas Sproles (Paula Marshall) of Abingdon, Virginia; his grandchildren, Viviana Darwish of Dacula, Bella Darwish of Dacula, Hisham Darwish of Dacula, Logan Sproles of Lebanon, Virginia and Laura Sproles of Lebanon, Virginia; and his siblings, Annette Warden of Loma Linda, Judy Vencill of Belfast, Virginia and Bruce Sproles of Columbia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
