He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Richardson and Betsy Hankle Richardson; his former wife Mary Ann Lampkins Richardson; his son Gerald Gene Lampkins; and his siblings, Gene, Bobby, James, Bural, Junior Richardson and Betty Treadway.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Waters of Castlewood and Tammie Morgan of Lebanon, Virginia; his siblings, Carrie Ellen Dugger of Hampton, Tennessee, Guy Richardson of Morristown and Dennis Lee Birchfield of Roan Mountain, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jonathan Morgan of Lebanon, Virginia, Shaun Morgan of Lebanon, Virginia and Beth Morgan of Lebanon, Virginia; and his friend Kebbs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests those attending the Visitation and Services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
