He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey L. Kiser and Maggie Rasnick Kiser; and his brothers, Aubrey Kiser, Jr. and Jerry Kiser. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Kiser (Ida) of Palmetto, Peggy Kiser Grizzle (Lowell) of Kingsport, Erma Kiser Counts of Lebanon and Joe Kiser of Coeburn, Virginia; and his nephew Nathan Kiser. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
