He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Mullins and Bonnie Keith Mullins; his son Christopher "Slick" Mullins; and his siblings, Orville "Bud" Mullins, Eugene Mullins, Kent Mullins, Robert Mullins, Thomas Mullins, Carlos Mullins, Orbie Mullins, Molly Shaffer, Rosa Mae Meade, Lola Meade and Ruby Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Jessee Mullins; his son Timothy Aaron Mullins (Olivia Dollarhyde) of Castlewood, Virginia; his siblings, Guy Mullins (Dreama) of Rocky Mount, Larry Mullins (Willie) of Castlewood and Stella Easterly of Lebanon, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Parker Mullins, Alannah Mullins, Spencer Rudd and Remy "Lemy" Rudd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
