She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin B. Chafin and Mayme Evelyn Chafin; and her sister Nancy Barlow. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Bowman (Danny) and Sammy Burke (Angie); and her siblings, Faye Moore and Larry Chafin. She is also survived by two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
