She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Stevens and Clara Couch Stevens; her husband Rev. Bert Palmer; and her son Douglas James Palmer. She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Ann Jessee of Coeburn and Angela Ann Collins (Norman Randal Hayes); her grandson James Michael Palmer; and her sister Kathleen Peksenak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
