He is survived by: his spouse Fredia Salyer Skeens; his children, Heather White (Michael) of Tampa and Eric Skeens of Venice; his granddaughter Hayden White; his sister Alice Horne (Ray) of Gray; his pet Cruz; and his siblings-in-law, Rita and James Purcell.
