He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Osborne and Dell Osborne; his wife June Osborne; his grandson Russell Osborne; and his sisters, Gaynell Bailey and Sue Burke.
He is survived by: his son Steve Osborne (Jan); his granddaughter Beth Collins (Jayme); his great grandchild Teagan Collins; and his sisters, Janie O. Horne and Pat Dickenson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
