He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Stevens and Bulah Salyers Stevens; and his siblings, Robert Stevens, Albert Stevens, Alice Musick and Ann Crabtree.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Ball of Cleveland, Jean Somervell (Fred) of Saltville, Nellie Musick of Marion, Barbara White of Meadowview, Bonnie Howell of Meadowview, Virginia and James Stevens (Dorothy) of Tazewell, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
