She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leonard and Margaret Naomi Williams Hughes. She is survived by: her daughter Nina Powers of St. Paul; her granddaughters, Ann Powers of St. Paul, Virginia and Tonya Buffalow (Brad) of St. Paul, Virginia; her great grandchild Easton Buffalow (Virginia) of St. Paul; her daughter-in-law Faye Powers (Virginia) of St. Paul; her siblings, Phyllis Edwards of St. Paul, Virginia, Robert Hughes of St. Paul, Pete Hughes of Aurora Illinois and Gerald Hughes of Aurora Illinois; her niece Ashley Hall; and her close friend Mary Taylor.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests those attending the Visitation and Services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
