He was predeceased by: his parents, Estes James and Carrie Jane Mullins Crabtree; and his siblings, Jackie Crabtree and Helen Stinson. He is survived by: his wife Lana Crabtree; his children, Lisa Kim Rife (Robert), Gregory Dean Crabtree (Connie Phillips Crabtree), Bradley Shane Crabtree (Jenni Rebecca Crabtree) and David Lance Crabtree; his brothers, Charles Crabtree and Larry Crabtree; his grandchildren, Brandon Steele, Brittany Steele, Kesha Crabtree, Devan Crabtree, Haley Griffith, Miranda Hall, Kelsey Hall and Miranda Martin; his great-niece Hadleigh Mullins; and his close friends, Carl and Judy Hamilton. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
