He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland and Mavis Stout; and his brother Randall Stout. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Robinson Stout; his daughter Kristin Stout Brooks (Rich Brooks) of Abingdon, VA.; his stepdaughter Tiersa LaForce of New Market, MD.; and his brothers, Lowell Stout (Tish) and Dennis Stout (Kay). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, and friends.
