She was predeceased by: her father Lowell Kenneth McGlothlin; her sister Pamela K. McGlothlin Parks; and her grandparents, James Cecil, Blanche Ellen Taylor Dotson, Lowell Eugene and Minnie Opal McGuire McGlothlin.
She is survived by: her daughter Chrystal Lee Stevens; her mother Mary Lynn McGlothlin of Castlewood, Virginia; her sister Diana Yvonne McGlothlin Kilgore (Denny) of Coeburn, Virginia; her brother-in-law Scottie Parks of Castlewood, Virginia; and the father of her child Grayson Stevens of Castlewood, Virginia. She is also survived by three half-brothers; two half-sisters.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests those attending the Visitation and Services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
