He is survived by: his wife Nancy White Hall; his children, Amanda Rouse (Emory) of Bristol, Tennessee, Jonathan Hall (Rebekah) of Abingdon and Charles Todd Hall (Erica) of Italy; his grandchildren, Kristina, Joshua, William, Jacob, Eleonora, Elijah and Anna Pearl; his great grandchildren, Emma, Abby and John Luke; and his siblings, Sue "Cookie" White of Castlewood, Virginia, Roy R. Hall (Elizabeth) of Coeburn and Larry J. Hall (Terri) of Lebanon, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
