He is survived by: his wife Lorine Mullins; his sons, Randy Mullins (Alice) of Hickory and Tony Mullins (Beth) of Connelly Springs; his sister Barbara Smith of Hickory; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Caleb, Cody and Jacob. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
