She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Horne (Cindi) of Oak Island; her daughter-in-law Patsy Ramsey Horne of Castlewood, Virginia; her grandchildren, T. J. Horne of Castlewood, Virginia, Brittany Horne of Oak Island and Sara Horne (David Lawson) of Honaker, Virginia; her great grandchild Kayden David Lawson; and her siblings, Harold Dingus (Lena) of West Plains, Arville Dingus (Sherrall) of Castlewood, Virginia, Joyce Wolfe of Kingsport, Shirley Davis of Castlewood, Brenda White (Scott) of Castlewood and Judy Meade (Jerry) of Castlewood, Virginia.
Following the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Virginia on face-covering requirements and social distancing, a Private Funeral Service for Edith's immediate family will be conducted with nephews, Rev. Greg and Rev. Steve Dingus officiating.
