He was predeceased by: his parents, Cary Collins and Georgia Collins. He is survived by: his children, Julie Higgins (Bill) of Castlewood, Virginia, Sean Collins of Castlewood and Justin Collins (Lauren) of Abingdon, Virginia; his grandchildren, Ethan Collins (Ashlie), Gavin Collins (Katelynn), Emily Wallace (Dylan), Caleigh Collins and Leighton Collins; his great grandchildren, Karmyn, Brielle, Hudson and Owen; and his siblings, Annalee Blackwell (Doug), Lester Collins (Earlene) and Glen Collins (Irdella).
