He is survived by: his son Tim Taylor of Castlewood, Virginia; his sister Dorothy Cox of Bristol, Virginia; his grandsons, Matthew (Crystal) of Hermitage, Jonathan of Bristol and Jeremy of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his great grandchild Daphne; and his close friend Diantha Viars of Johnson City, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
