He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Blaine and Lena Victoria Jessee Bradley; his son Jackie LaPoint; and his siblings, Aston, Douglas, James, Bruce Bradley, Marie Suits and Betty Helbert.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bradley; his son Murray John LaPoint, Jr. (Sandy) of Southampton; his grandchildren, Christine Shover (Billy), Brittany LaPoint and Jonathan LaPoint; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Hannah Shover and James Pease; and his siblings, Bill Bradley (Rita), Kathy Breeding, Linda Elam (Greg), Pat McCarty (Jack) and Darlene Hall (Speedy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
