She was predeceased by: her parent Carl Mullins; and her husband Bob Hall. She is survived by: her parent Mary Ann Kiser Mullins; her son Roy Garland Hall; and her siblings, John Wayne Mullins, Ricky Mullins, Rose Pendry, Peggy Mullins and Lisa Mullins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
