He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Caleb and Hattie Ruth Sutherland Kiser; and his wife Lorraine Gray Kiser. He is survived by: his children, Anna Kiser Choquette (Maurice) of Jonesborough, Tennessee and William Joseph Kiser of Charlotte; his brother Jack A. Kiser (Gerda) of Knoxville, Tennessee; and his cousins, Butch Kiser (Glyda), Toni Fugate, Missie Johnson, Jackie Meade and Erica Murdaugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
