She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Roosevelt Foster; and her siblings, Edith Mullins, Beatrice Barker, Nelson Tate, Chester Tate, Troy Tate and Rufus Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Foster (Sherri) of St. Paul and Melissa Slemp (Chad) of Castlewood; her siblings, Norma Hicks of St. Paul, Janice Jessee of Hansonville and Vernon Tate of Florida; and her grandchildren, Dylan Slemp and Cameron Slemp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
