He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lewis and Mary Hurd Lewis; and his siblings, Conley Lewis, James Lewis, Loretta Bryant and Lula Belle Kiser.
He is survived by: his niece Mary Elizabeth Salyers; his nephew Robert Lewis; his great-niece Tiffany Jones (Donnie); and his great-nephews, Bobby McReynolds and David McReynolds (Amanda).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
