She is survived by: her husband David Smith; her sons, Chad Smith (Mellanie) of Fryeburg and Cody Smith (Tiffany) of Lebanon, Virginia; her grandchildren, Sarah, Jacob, Talon, Natalie and Sydney; her mother Sharon Fleming of Castlewood, Virginia; and her siblings, Joetta Proffitt of Castlewood, Rhonda Summers (Jeff) of Castlewood, Virginia and Randy Fleming (Sheila) of Castlewood, Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
