She was predeceased by : her parents, Romie Lee Chitwood and Ethel Leon White Chitwood; and her siblings, Mattie McQuay, Nora McLean, Slyvia Dickman, Juanita Chitwood and R. L. Chitwood.

She is survived by : her daughter Kathryn Lynn Robertson of Martinsville, VA; and her sisters, Sue Bisotti of Maysville, KY, Ida Faye Wheelhouse of Virginia Beach, VA, Vickie Garcia and Diane Watkins.
