It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Carroll Conner (Cartersville, Virginia), who passed away on April 21, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes H. Conner; and his children, Kenneth Maurice Conner, Michael Joseph Conner and Kathie Mae Mendez. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Wayne Conner (Gina), Rebecca Conner Carlisle (Steve) and Stephen Tracy Conner (Teresa); and his sister Helen Vest. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
