He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Lennie Gamage and Elwyn Harvey Gamage. He is survived by: his wife Mary Flynn; his children, Michael E. Gamage, Jason H. Gamage (Michelle Gamage) and Rachel G. Hubley (Erik Hubley); his grandchildren, Ellen Gamage, Adora Gamage, Mason Hubley and Carter Hubley; and his siblings, Lennie Gamage (Eija Gamage), Barbara Gamage and Patsy Goodwyn (Pal Goodwyn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
