We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2023, at the age of 76, Charlotte Bass Williams of Cartersville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Williams; and her brother Walter "Ned" Bass. She is survived by: her children, Barron Williams (Ollie) of Powhatan and Charlotte Muscat (Gill) of Powhatan; her grandson Braden (Sara Beth) of Cartersville; and her children, Emi Williams of Cartersville, Tyler Muscat (Kayla) of Aurora, CO, Madison Muscat of Chicago, IL and Kayla Muscat of Richmond, VA..
