He is survived by: his parent Blanche Tomlin Staton; his grandson Dustin Warden; his wife Clidene Elizabeth Staton; his sons, David Staton (Debbie) and Michael Staton; his stepdaughters, Marcia Gwin and Danita Kollmann; his granddaughter Caitlynn Warden; his son Cayden Hawkins; his siblings, Roger Lee Staton (Donna) and Joanne Staton; his nephew Fred Mann; his daughter Jasmine Mann; and also, Summer Hawkins and Chris Mann. He is also survived by two granddaughters; one grandson.
