He was predeceased by: his parent Freeman F., Sr.; and his siblings, Anne B. Mosley and David Browning. He is survived by: his parent Alice A. Browning; his wife Sandra M. Browning; his children, Tracy B. Dorgan (Martin) and Heath F. Browning (Melanie); his grandchildren, Ethan and Evelyn Browning; and his sisters, Irene B. Trogdon and Helen B. Wilkerson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
