He is survived by: his children, Janie Easley of Martinsville, VA, Michelle Ramey of Martinsville, VA, Patrinda Hughes of Martinsville, VA, Connette Gill of Martinsville, VA, Arthur Toney of Bassett, VA, Frankie Toney of Seattle, WA, Kenneth Toney of Martinsville, VA and Frank Toney of Franklin County, VA; and his brothers, Fred Toney of Bassett, VA, Maceo Toney of Rocky Mount, VA and Ronnie Toney of Martinsville, VA. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
