He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Eunice Wells Warf; and his wife Lynn Hendler Warf. He is survived by: his children, Courtney Warf Massengill (Kevin) and Christian Jon Warf (Ashlynn); and his grandchildren, Colby Grayson and William Chase Massengill.
