He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Keeter, Jr. and Mertie "Billie" Williams Keeter; his brother Earl Faison; and his pet Rambo. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Keeter (Lauren) and Chad Keeter (Ellie); his grandchildren, Olivia Wilkins and Brayden Keeter; his siblings, Rae Keeter (Betty), Dean Keeter (Pat) and Nancy Van Horne; his aunt Cynthia Garris (Wesley); his uncle Carroll Keeter (Nancy C. Caulder); his pets, Rusty and River; and also, Michael and Kimberly Suits (Dustin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
