He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Chuck Kemp; his children, Michele Kemp, Jennifer Wilmoth (Bill) and Chuck Kemp (Leighann); his mother Hazel Kemp Phelps; his siblings, Cindi Williamson, Beatrice Ayton (Jim) and Chuck Kemp (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Zachery, Meryn, Makenna and Tyson. He was also cherished by four step-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM.
