She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Wood, Jr. and Myrtle Torbert Wood; her brother Charles W. "Bill" Wood, III; and her sons, Frank W. Spencer, Jr. and Ray C. "Sonny" Spencer.
She is survived by: her husband Frank W. Spencer; her son David T. Spencer; her daughter-in-law Paula C. Spencer; her grandchildren, Christopher Spencer, Ashton Spencer and Rachel Spencer; and her great grandchild Draven Spencer. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
