It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal H. McCaskill Jr. (Carrollton, Virginia), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite McCaskill, and Neal H. McCaskill, Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, K. James Crouch and James Killen. He is survived by: his wife Mary McCaskill; his children, Andrew McCaskill (Jessica) and Laura Perry (Owen); his grandchildren, Grayson McCaskill, Lilliana, Madeline, Skyler and Hailie Perry; his sister Carol Crouch; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick Killen, John Killen (Linda) and Gerald Killen (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
