Charles Frillian Shepherd Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2020, at the age of 84, Charles Frillian Shepherd (Carrollton, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oscar Shepherd and Flora Hylemon Shepherd; and his wife Merle Flanders Shepherd. He is survived by: his children, Charles F. Shepherd, Jr. (Fran), Debra Shepherd and Linda Jean Smith; and his sisters, Ada Buckner and Jean Edwards. He is also survived by five grandchildren; great grandchildren.
