He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Beacham and Minnie Mae Beacham; his brothers, Frankie Beacham and Robbie Beacham; and the mother of his children Patricia Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mace; his children, Angela Garner (Stevie) and Billy Beacham Jr. (Amy); his grandchildren, Jesse Garner Jr. (Angelica), Bray Beacham and Brooke Beacham; his great grandchildren, Jesse Garner III and Jaxon Garner; his stepgreat-granddaughter Kayla Castro; his siblings, Evelyn Phelps, Linda Baynor and Eddie Beacham; and his close friend Mike Delk. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
