He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Joyner and Mable Joyner; his son Douglas P. Joyner; his grandson Richard S. Hoag; his wife Suzanne Joyner; his children, William Joyner (Melissa), Robert Joyner (Margaret) and Kelly Cofield (Jason); his sister Brenda West; his grandchildren, Amanda Hoag, Jackson Joyner, Crystal Lewis, Jaela Joyner and Olivia Joyner; and his great grandchild Abigail.
