He is survived by: his sons, Charles Baylor and Donnie Baylor; his stepdaughter Andrea Baskerville; and his sisters, Susan Moore of Caret, Alice Yerby of Richmond, Queen Turner of Tappahannock and Gladys Wright (Mark) of Warsaw. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
