He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Tignor and Viola Tignor; his former wife Martha Emily Tignor; and his son John E. Tignor. He is survived by: his wife Margaret L. Tignor; his son Elwood A. Tignor (Debbie); his grandchildren, Angie T. Hodges (Bryon) and Jamie M. Tignor (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Owen, Ella, Mia and Cooper; his brother George E. Tignor (Joyce); and his stepsons, R. Wayne Parker (Joanne) and William L. Parker (Anne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
