He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Frederick Baynton and Leah Esther Baynton (Rhodes); his sister Peggy Ann Crandall; his wife Virginia Elaine Baynton (Hubbard); and his niece Candace Hopkins (Crandall).
He is survived by: his children, Penny, Jim (Peggy) and Randy; and his grandchildren, Ben Baynton and Yancey Vaughn (Angie). He is also survived by great granddaughter, two great grandsons, a great-great granddaughter and many cousins, nieces and nephews and innumerable friends.
