She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin Ashlock Sr. and Alease Virginia O'Neal-Ashlock. She is survived by: her husband Morris L. Ward; her children, Tonya Ward and Terry Ward (Carletha); her stepson Byron Ward (Jess); her granddaughters, Ayrielle, Alexis and Tiera; her great grandchild Ian; and her sisters, Glendora Warren, Doretha Holland and Cordova. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Baptist Church (1397 Penniman Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
