She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Joseph Thivierge and Kirk Carlton (Kathy); her siblings, Ralph Lemire and Lois L. Slemko; and her brother-in-law Bill Carlton (Joan). She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
In remembrance of Carol, she desired that donations be made to Schoolfield Baptist Church, 12 Schoolfield Dr., Danville, VA 24541.
