She was predeceased by: her parents, James Belvin and Delma Belvin; her sister Leona Belvin; and her niece Tammy West. She is survived by: her husband William V. Hudgins, Jr.; her daughters, Angela White and Tracy Respress; her siblings, Janet Keith (John) and James O. Belvin III; her stepchildren, Frances Hudgins, William Hudgins and Ray Hudgins; her grandchildren, Christy Respress (Danny), Brandan Minor (Lisa) and Jessica Respress; her great grandchildren, Nathan Stark, Justin Turner and Easton Minor; and her nephew Lewis West (Bubba).
Memorial donations may be made in Brenda's memory to the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad, 94 Cricket Hill Road, Hudgins, Virginia 23076.
