He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Ross; his children, Otis Ross Jr. (Connie), Sherry Ross, Gwendolyn McDowell, Christine Ross, Sharon Dawson (Walter) and Jackie Thomas; and his siblings, Samuel Ross (Celestine) and Mary Ross. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
